Résumé
L’objet de cet article est d’expliciter les aspirations politiques des jeunes au Maroc et leurs perceptions des mobilités transnationales. Rappelons que la thématique de la jeunesse a suscité un intérêt particulier ces dernières années au sein de ce Maroc en mouvement. En effet, le Pays connaît des changements profonds au niveau politique, économique, démographique et socioculturel qui ont incontestablement affecté les perceptions des jeunes selon la diversité de leurs profils. Ces changements touchent également les structures de pouvoir, les organisations de la société civile, les droits humains et l’évolution des rapports Nord/Sud. Il s’agit donc dans ce travail de saisir le regard critique des jeunes interviewés de l’ordre national et de ses articulations avec le niveau mondial. Ceci rend plus visible leur revendication d’une citoyenneté effective à la fois à l’échelle nationale et mondiale. Plusieurs focus groupes de jeunes (65 jeunes lycéens et du supérieur d’origines rurale et citadine) ont été organisés dans le cadre de cette étude.

رؤى نقدية للشباب المغاربة حول مكانتهم في الحياة السياسية الوطنية وحركياتهم نحو أوربا
ملخص
يتجلى هدف هذه الدراسة في توضيح الطموحات السياسية لدى الشباب المغاربة وتصورهم تجاه الحركيات العابرة للأوطان. للتذكير فإن موضوع وإشكالية الشباب قد أثارت اهتماما خاصا في إطار مغرب في حركية دائمة. في الواقع لقد عرف المغرب تحولات عميقة على المستوى السياسي، الاقتصادي، الديموغرافي والسوسيو ثقافي، والتي أثرت بدورها على تصورات الشباب حسب توجهاتهم المختلفة. هذه التغيرات لازمت كذلك كل من بنى السلطة، تنظيمات المجتمع المدني، حقوق الانسان وتطورات علاقات شمال / جنوب. إن هذا العمل يسعى إلى فهم الرؤية النقدية المكونة لدى الشباب حول النظام الوطني في علاقاته وتمفصلاته مع المستوى العالمي. هذا ما يجعل احتجاج ومطالبة الشباب لمواطنة فعلية أكثر جلاء، تارة على الصعيد الوطني وتارة أخرى على الصعيد العالمي. لقد تم تنظيم، إبان هذه الدراسة، نقاش على شكل مجموعات مصغرة مع مجموعة من الشباب (65 شاب موزعين على المستوى الثانوي والعالي من أصول قروية و حضرية).

Critical Views of Young Moroccans on Their Place in National Political Life and Mobility to Europe
Abstract
This article aims to explain the political aspirations of young people in Morocco and their perceptions of transnational mobility. It should be noted that the issue of youth has attracted particular interest in recent years within this changing Morocco. Indeed, the country is undergoing profound political, economic, demographic, and socio-cultural changes that have undoubtedly affected young people’s perceptions, depending on the diversity of their profiles. These changes also impact power structures, civil society organizations, human rights, and the evolution of North/South relations. This study seeks to capture the critical perspective of the interviewed youth on the national order and its connections with the global level. This makes their demand for effective citizenship, both nationally and globally, more visible. Several focus groups of young people (65 high school and university students from both rural and urban backgrounds) were organized as part of this study.
